STRUCTURE:
RCC structure as per approved design of competent authority. External wall of 200/230 mm thick brick/laterite stone/concrete masonry & partition walls of 115 mm thick brick masonry.

FLOORING:

Floor & wall tiles in coloured ceramic with tile matching sanitary ware & Chromium plated fittings of standard premium make. With provision for geyser.
